the hotel looked stunning, almost like a postcard! too bad their pool towels had holes and were dirty. I somehow thought my Explorator Suite would be the epitome of luxury, but encountering broken toilets was definetly an interesting twist. would have been nice if a manager actually showed up, just couldn’t justify a positive review.
