the hotel looked stunning, almost like a postcard! too bad their pool towels had holes and were dirty. I somehow thought my Explorator Suite would be the epitome of luxury, but encountering broken toilets was definetly an interesting twist. would have been nice if a manager actually showed up, just couldn’t justify a positive review.

The massive pool was a refreshing retreat after exploring. and the breakfast was an absolute delight, featuring the best oatmeal I've ever had along with fresh pastries and homemade yogurt. The staff were genuinely friendly and made us feel special throughout our stay.
While the shuttle service was convenient, response times for requests could definitely be improved.

This colonial-style hotel was a lovely escape for my family, including my brother. Our Explorator Suite felt like an apartment, giving everyone space to unwind. We enjoyed delicious meals every night, and the afternoon tea by the pool was a delightful touch.
My wife says that clearer billing practices would help families.

charming stay with minor room issues
The hotel has beautifully landscaped gardens that create a serene atmosphere, making it a lovely retreat. The air conditioning in my suite worked exceptionally well, ensuring comfort throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the superb breakfast served on the verandah, which featured a variety of delicious options each morning. The mountain view from my suite was stunning, providing a perfect backdrop to relax and unwind.
The bathroom amenities could use some improvement, as they felt a bit dated.

What a fantastic getaway with friends! Our room was spacious and just what we needed—plus, the shuttle into town made exploring easy. We loved the pool and enjoyed the lovely breakfasts on the verandah. Definitely check out a ping-pong show if you're in the area. it’s a fun experience!
One downside was the limited dining options at the hotel. We found ourselves wanting more variety at dinner, as some nearby restaurants offered better menus for less.
